How to fetch the datavalue from the popup

Hello All,

I have a usercontrol from where i genrate a popup.

in the popup i have many checkboxes and corrouspnding lables.so can u all please help me for fetching the details from there.

i want to fetch the details of corrousponding lable of checkbox,if i check that checkbox.how can i calculate how many checkboxes are checked.

then i want lable text of that corrousponding checkbox.
