Here's a though one.. From my site I make calls to othe external servers, to retrieve information. Those servers do have some limitation in terms of number of calls per minute they accept (say 1 per minute).
How can I control that form my web site? If the user clicks on the different menu options (each of which makes a different call) too fast, or if he just keeps pressing F5, he will pass that limit. I need to keep track of it, so if he presses F5 twice in a 30 seconds, my server will not make a new call to the external serverl, but just keep reusing the current page.
Any help pelase?
