Dissallowing resize of a window form

Hi,
I want to be able to disable resizing a window or set a min and max. I am using 4.0 and using

form1.FormBorderStyle = FormBorderStyle.FixedDialog
form1.MaximizeBox = False
form1.MinimizeBox = False
are not an option in 4.0. 
This is not a popup window, so I just want to give the screen a fixed hieght and width.
