RouteData throws Server tags cannot contain <% ... %> constructs

Hi,
I am trying to use RouteData within my ASP.NET like the following code but getting the above error:
<dx:ASPxImage ID="ASPxImage1" runat="server" ImageUrl="~/images/profile/41501_100000693027799_8923_n.jpg" AlternateText="<%# RouteData.Values["ADDRESS"].ToString() %>" /> how can I fix it?
