URGENT!! Send a Mail through Console Application

Hello,
i m developing a reminder system for my project. in that i need to check certain conditions on a regular basis and send emails accordingly.
I m developing a console application for that, and later on i plan to schedule that .exe through windows scheduler. 
i have got a few problems
1) i m able to send a mail through my project website but if i use the same code in console application it gives me an error "The SMTP host was not specified."
