I have developed a web app using ASP. At one portion I would like an email to be sent. I set up an account on the network to use to send the emails and the settings for this account are in my web.config file. When it executes the code it sends the email that I want it too, however I get a server error everytime it sends an email that states that the username or password is invalid, it still sends the email though. (Event ID 529 on Server 2003)
This is obviously a non critical error because the email still is sent, but why do I get this error? the username and password are correct in the web.config file.
Here is my code for sending the email plus the web.config file (username and password are starred out for obviosu reasons but i have checked many times and is correct with account info).
