Editor issue

I want the small editor like Multiline textbox because i have 12 textbox for all
i am going to apply the Editor

so if i want to make it small ie I didnt give width and height of the Textobx
, but i want the image and link Icons only on the Toolbar and dont want other tool bars
So i removed the othes.

but when i click the image tools on the toolbar, the popUP Showing Very Small

So I have drag to see the full content on the PopUp. ie: like imageURL etc...

Let anyone have idea how to show the popuP as its ie:full mode.
