RemoveHandler in page load.

  I am using the below mentioned code to remove the handler in page load. Since iam having so many buttons in my aspx page then i have to write for all the buttons by using IF or Case.
 lsTarget = Request.Form("__EVENTTARGET").ToString
 if lsTarget ="btnExit" then
    RemoveHandler btnExit.Click, AddressOf btnExit_Click
end if
         Instead of RemoveHandler btnExit.Click, AddressOf btnExit_Click whether i can able to write RemoveHandler lsTarget.Click, AddressOf lsTarget_Click.But This is giving syntax error.
          If anyone knows some other syntax please help me.
