We've just upgraded the IIS server to (IIS7) on Win2K8R2 and my ASPNET calls to SYSTEM.IO to get info from the file server (now a separate machine) are failing, it used to use the current clients credentials to impersonate, however now that they are on different machines it is not working.
I tried using kerberos, but it persists using the SYSTEM account.
I then tried setting a SPN for a domain user and tried delegation, but no joy either.
Does anyone have any useful info I can use to get this working? Seems most of the info out there is Win2K3 and the few articles I read are a gamot of choices normally geared for SQL, not File Services..
