Is there any way for ASP.Net config files to be embedded or make a part of dll?

I have a situation where i have 2 config files for my web application. Web.Config and abc.config. In production i don't want to deploy config file as text files. I'm looking for a way to incorporate as embedded resource or a dll, from where my application can read. i have came across encrypting the files. but in my situation i prefer embadding or making a resource file. is there any way to approach this? ...
