I dunno where I should ask this, But I would like to know if anyone has a good article or tutorial that teaches the right way to create a client base application that connects to a remote server. I would like to create a window base application that connects to a server and get the data there. I want something that has authentication and auto update if it sees the client application using lower version (this can happen every time user runs the application). A login with auto update just that.
