Hello all,
I'm having one of those problems that probably has a simple answer, but because the answer looks like it should be "you won't experience that in this situation - ever!", I can't see it.
I am developing an ASP.net website for internal use only at work. It is running on a W2k3 AD controller, and uses AD for authenticating users etc. One one page, I have a button which causes the system to check for a text file stored in a full-access, non password protected share on an old Windows 95 machine (no, upgrading this is out of the question at the moment! ). All it does is pull the information out of this file, save it in a database and delete the original file.
Running on my development machine, this is fine. Published and running on the server, it gives the error "Access to path '\\###\###\database.txt'& ...
