We have a external site that is hosted with another company. Our contract is not up with them for another year or so before we can bring it in-house. The site is secured with a login screen, but the login is not a concern to us since its a very generic login adn password to gain access to 2 documents. Within our intranet we provide our employees with a link to this site an the login and password next to the link for them to enter.
We want to know is there a way, if we get the field names, to fill in those fields for the employees since we will be adding this link to our external site pretty soon and dont want to display the login and password to everyone. Or are we just dreaming it can be done?
