We are transitioning our desktop ERP system from VFP to ASP.net (I know, it is about time). We have read much and considered our web vs win options and can see the plusses and minuses to both. Which option is better for an ERP system and why?
We have a very complex application, but I believe all functions CAN be done in WebForms, and we need some capabilities delivered over the web, but we are not sure that everying SHOULD be done in WebForms. We need to maintain and improve the user experience, not give them a step back just so we are on the web.
