Problem when hosting Silverlight Application.

Hi All,
I have made a silverlight application using deep zoom.
In this application I am creating multi scale image source dynamically by executing SparceImageTool.exe file.
Its working fine in my local machine.
When I host it in server Its not creating the source.
It is not giving any error also.
This is the block of code I am using to create source file.
