Where to put the location tag

I am trying to insert a location path in my web.config file but wherever I have tried to put it I get an error.

 
Here is the location tag :
    <location path="AjaxDestinationPage1.aspx">
      <system.web>
        <authorization>
          <deny users="?" />
          <allow users ="admin1" />
          <deny users="*" />
        </authorization>
      </system.web>
    </location>
 
And here is my web.config file :
