in the solution of my web application, I have at least 2 projects in the solution.
one is web site , it has a web.config file
another is, says BLL project. BLL project only includes c# files, totally no aspx files.
In both web site and BLL projects, they need to get data from a webservice.
if webservice is added into the web site project. It creates an entry in web.config for the url of the webservice.
if webservice is added into BLL project. it creates an entry in app.config for the url of the webservice.
however, after the solution to published to production web application, the app.config file disappears.
my question: how to pull the webservice url from web site web.config to bll project?
