Hello all: I manage a small team of developers and we work across numerous ASP.NET applications using VS2008 and SQL Server. It is becoming too difficult to manage version control so we're ready to jump into the world of SourceSafe. As I've been researching it however, I keep coming across horror stories posted by people about how tricky this application is to work with and numerous recommendations against this product. With our limited resources I certainly don't have tons of time to devote to wrestling with a new software product. Do you guys have any other suggestions about packages that you've had success with? Like I said, we're a small development team.
