long first access to the database

hi i have a website that  use an sql server express database
some pages uses an sqldatasource to show some data dynamically


i have noticed  that when i access the first time to the page i wait for 4or 5 sec (not good to me and for my client)
i am sure that the waiting time is for initializing the database access


for that i ask :
- is there any configuration i can do to avoid this ?
-is it sql server express limitation .... i mean do i have this problem in my site hoster (sql server 2005)
- have i to switch to another database (ms access, mysql) since my host allow me that ?




i have only a small site that use some database access to show some data dynamically not a big application
