Send E-Mail With Variables

The following bit of code works for me:






SmtpMail.Send(strTo, strFrom, "Status Change", PERSONFULLNAME + " has just updated the status. You can view it <a href='http://webapps:8005/index.aspx'>here</a>");





But I want to create a link to a specific file that changes earlier in the code--I try to add another variable, but this does not work:
