I have the following code after the <ContentTemplate> section of a CreateUserWizard section.
I want to replace the default "Create User" button with my own and set the command such that the user will continue to be added to the DB via membership.
I am using a link button (supports event bubbling?) for my Create User Button (CommandName=CreateUser) see below. But it does not add the user. Other documentation is very vague on how to do this. Any ideas?
