Use existing web service

Hi
 
I have made a web service  Additon in which I have written a function
[WebMethod]
        public int Add(int a, int b)
        {
            return (a+b);
        }
After I compile the project written the follwing code in the command prompt
wsdl http://localhost:55846/Service1.asmx?WSDL
Now I want to use this web service
 
For that I have added a web reference
Now what to do in order to use this function on page load if name of the web service project is Addition and service name is Service1.asmx
Kindly advice
