Architecture of the Case Management System

Hi there

 

We've thinking to create a case management for our client. Realise that we might end up with a specific type of business. I've been googling this it seems that everyone taylor for specific business but I found 1 or 2 productcs which introduce a radical architecture which is using BPM (Business Process Model) integrate which I believe it suit for any dynamics business.

 

I am not familiar with BPM to be honest but I believe this will relate to Ms Workflow Foundation. Basically I want to create a simple and dynamics that can cater to any business especially for handling/managing the case.

 

Any thought about this?
