i am sorry if i am posting this in wrong section
i am doing a normal authentication method storing users info database and verifying them each and every time they login
i got a new requirement where i have to provide password expiry date
when the users login if there password has expired a link must be sent to their mail or the login page must redirect to another page to reset the password
so i have added a new column pw_expirydate in the table
please can any one help with doing this i am new to .net and not getting an idea to do this
iam using vb.net and asp.net 2.0
iam using bool operater in codebehind to verify the users
