I have a project which runs successfully on my desktop.
I am trying to run it on my laptop. Both machines have Microsoft Visual Web Develper Express 2008 edition with Net Framework and Windows XP.
The project builds Ok but I get the above under a bold red heading "Server Error in '/' Application and a note in small letters saying Asp Net Development server 9.0.0.0

Since posting this I have found 'Error 403' described in Microsoft Internet Explorer Help. It appears to be something to do with permissions for Internet Explorer or else with the URL which Visual Web Develper Express 2 posts (.....index.aspx). I have tried amending access permissions but no success so far.
Any suggestions?
