I use hMailServer as a mail server.  I want to be able to create a new account from an asp.net web page.
hMail offers a com component that I can use to do this, and it is actually pretty easy.  However, I have two issues with doing that.
1.  It seems really odd to be running a com component from a code behind in an asp.net page.  Is there any security concerns to this?
2.  Part of the code requires a username and password.  I hate to put the email servers username and password in a codebehind file.  Again, this seems like a security issue.
Am new to doing asp.net pages - am mainly a c# WindowsForms turned Silverlight guy.  Just looking for some wizdom here.
