We have an application where we want to generate word documents on the fly..
The process we do is like open a general doc, fillup form elements placed on the doc, saveas a new doc and provide the doc for download to client.
We could do the process with word libraries.. but we dont find anything interesting having a microsoft office license for this purpose for our server, where nobody sits and uses office word.
1. is there a way to use word libraries and its functions without microsoft office word installation ?
2. are there any 3rd party libraries to do this.. (except syncfusion.com library, we didnt find it useful). ?
