Usage quotation marks in code-behind array string?

Dear friends,
I use a string array to merge two or more PDF fies into one PDF file. I determine source files with string array and the code works fine if I write manualy.
Manual code:
Dim anArrayOfPDF() As String = {Server.MapPath("~/Uyeler/documents/damla4_mental_5.pdf"), Server.MapPath("~/Uyeler/documents/damla4_zihinsel_5.pdf")} Code does not work when I run code-behind. I do not know the exact reason but I think the problem is quotation marks.
I tried ASCII code (") and Chr(34) instead of quotation marks but I failed.
