Hi,
I'm using the built-in membership features in my application. On my page, I have two Obout window controls and two LinkButton's to open them up. When user click the first LinkButton, it opens up the first window which collects one set of data from the user. If the user clicks the second LinkButton, it opens up the second window. However, if the user is not logged in, then in the window, I display a message saying, you need to log in.
Here's the strange behavior:
If the user is not authenticated, everything works fine i.e. user click the first LinkButton which opens up the first window and I see the "You must first log in" message. The second LinkButton/Window work fine as well.
However, if the user is authenticated, the LinkButton OnClick events do nothing. I check wheter the user is authenticated or not by doing HttpContext.Current.User.Identity.IsAuthenticated. Has anyone seen such a behavior? I don't get any error messa ...
