ABOUT SQL SERVER 2008 SET UP

I am using  window vista home premium.
When I install SQLManagementStudio_x64_ENU.exe ,I encounter "Windows PowerShell Failed"  in SQL Server 2008 Setup Dialog box.

Pls help me how to solve this problem.
