I will explain it in Simple
I have a Default Page with a button, upon clicking invokes a Web Service through jquery.ajax which runs a background process(like for 60 secs).
I want to show the real process of the Background Process on the Default Page.
I have created a handler which reads process status from WebService to Update the Default page.
I have made another jquery.ajax call to the handler to retrieve the current status.
But the Problem is the second ajax call returns values only after the First one completes.
Can you please guide me to show the status with out waiting for the background process to complete.
