Validation for Email Id

 Dear All,
I have a problem with Email Id Validation, i used regular expression  to validate email...
function isValidEmail(oEmailID)
{
    pat = /^[a-zA-z0-9]+[@]{1}[a-zA-Z]+[.]{1}[a-zA-Z]+$/i
    if (pat.test(oEmailID.value))       
        {
            return true;
        }
    else
        {
            return false;
        }
}
 
in this function..... (sa@gmail.com) is accepting but (sa@yahoo.co.in) is not accepting i wants to allow both email Ids...help me
