Restart servis in windows 2003

Hi,

 

I am new to ASP.NET 2.0 and ASP. I would need to create a function/tool to restart my service named "OracleServiceORCL".

I would need good support in getting to a compiled tool (probably a DLL) that would work with a click on a website on IIS.

I would very much appreciate any support!
