ASP.NET virus?

Hi Brothers , For 2 years now, I have been operating my computer as an administrator in the user account control. But recently, I accidentally switch to the wrong user account ( ASP.net) as administrator of my computer and problems arises. This virus/malware not only take control of my computer and even when i try to update my anti virus, the UAC box will pop up asking me for the ASP.Net machine password which I did not created in the first place. cannot update due to write protected,access denied! What kind of virus/malware is this? Is ASP.net trying to steal informations or what? from my computer, I don't under ...
