Something is wrong with my copy of Visual Studio as it's not publishing correctly. My App_Data folder is never published to the web server. I've been checking online for 2 hours and there are all kinds of things. I'm supposed to make sure to include App_Data, I'm supposed to make sure the XML files are included as Content and Copy if Newer, and if you right click the project there are more publish/deployment options.
Well, I have none of those options. I've watched YouTube videos of a guy enabling it, and he right clicks on the project and he has extra options in his context menu then I do. I have no idea why visual studio isn't working correctly.
I have 2010 Pro.
