How to insert values in ASPNETDb tables ?

I was just learning SQL Membership .
Using this code in Page Load i crated necessery tables and procedures in SQL Server database .
System.Web.Management.SqlServices.Install("Test", SqlFeatures.All, "Data Source=dell\\sqlexpress;Initial Catalog=Test;Integrated Security=True");
Now , i wonder how to insert values in those tables ?
After that how to use AuthenticationService.svc WCF service in my Web Application (There is a Silverlight application that will call LoginAsync method of AuthenticationService).
Can anyone please help me ?
