SMTP problem: email staying in C:\Inetpub\mailroot\Queue

Hi,

Iam facing the problem while sending email Using SMPT Server in asp.net.I have done SMPT relay setting,when i click on send mail button.i does not get any exception,i put a confirmation when the mail i send successfully.I gets that message.But i didn't find the mail in my mailbox.But one thing i came to know that is whenever i send a mail it goes in the c:\inetpub\mailroot\queue folder.

Iam unable to sort out the problem.Please give solution to this problem.
