I'm using VS 2012. Under Tools>Options>DB Tools>Data Connections, the SQL Server name is pointed to "(LocalDB)\v11.0", which is fine as I'm able to create a new SQL database in the App_Data directory and can view its contents in the Server Explorer, however using ASP.NET Configuration to create the security database seems to cause a version mis-match.
The data seems fine: I've create one user under a particular role, but I can't view ASPNETDB in the Server Explorer because of the version mismatch.
Anyway to get the Membership database to default to the LocalDB version?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
