Adding values manualy to a ddl that is also populated from db

 Hi!
My ddl is populated from db . The problem is that I haven't put in my db the option "select all" that usuallt comes in the top of every ddl.
 I cannot add it now to the db 'cause it will affect to many things there.
So, Is there any option to add this value manually in addition to the already populated values from db?
