Authorization

is it possible to have different setting in only 1 Web.Config :
I meant:
MemberOnly.aspx

<authorization>     
      <allow users="*"/>
</authorization>
In the same web.config file:
....Admin.aspx

<authorization>     
      <allow users="?"/>
</authorization>
....
I dont want to create folders for Admins, Logged and Anonymous...
