Scroll data bottom to top..?

Gud morning

I have datalist that is binded through SqlDatasource...

My Requirement is i want o scrol the data ie Binded data form down

to top .. suppose if i move the mouse to the datalist

it will stop the scrolling , if its mouse out its again

Scroll how shall i do can anyone help me ....?
