How to hyperlink the thumnailed images?

Hello All.
I got the below solution from http://www.csharp-station.com/Articles/Thumbnails.aspx and want to do the following.
1. It should find all the .jpg images from picture folder in the application
2. It should have the hyperlink on every thumbnailed image to the origional image
