FileUpload.HasFile not working when WindowsXP as the client

I have a the following code and it returns ?False? when accessed from a WindowsXP machine,and also the file name/path contains SPACES in it.
It is working absolutely fine when the client machine is Windows Server 2003.

Response.write(Fileupload1.Hasfile);

 
Any help?
