how to open website from datagrid hyperlink?

hi all,

i have small problem in datagrid.
in datagrid i have one website column(cell).
in that column iam displaying websites address(for ex: www.google.com, or www.yahoo.com etc...)from database
with hyperlink.
if i click the hyper link, should be open the perticular website(www.google.com, or www.yahoo.com etc...).
here my problem is, if i click the hyperlink in datagrid, my path is going like this http://localhost:1049/sample/www.google.com . so that time its not opening google website.
here i need only www.google.com. so how to solve my prob? plz advice me its urgent to me.
