Create a matrix table

Hello everyone,
I need some guidence. I have 3 tables; table one is filled with a personName (varchar), and a personID (uniqueidentifier); table two has two columns: TrainingName and LevelNeeded. In my 3rd table I have a 4 colums: personID (uniqueidentifier), TrainingName (varchar), CurrentLevel (int) and LevelNeeded (int). I need to display in a gridview, or in a table something like a matrix. Based on a query, I get a list of names. For those names I need to create a table to look like this:
Person Name | Training 1 | Training 2 | ... | Training n xxxxxxxx         |              x |                | ... | x             |
I don't need to display all the existing training, only the trainings that applies to the selected names. My first attempt was to create a DataTable with only one column called "Name". Then in ...
