Creating a sharepoint document library using share point web services

I have created sharepoint library using sharepoint object model and now wanted to create the same using sharepoint out of box web services.
Is there any readymade library / pointer to achieve this?
 
I am not sure if this is a correct asp.net forum, however I am ok moving this to appropiate forum.
