Establishing the directory so I can search the .txt files

I have some code written that correctly finds all of the directories that have a sub-directory named inserts...


I want to be able to search the inserts folders .txt files for a key phrase.


But I am stuck on the part where I need to loop through the text files.


What do I need to do next? I need the correct paht for the FileInfo[] loop how do I concoct it?
