Using authentication and authorization in web.config file

Hi All:
I 'm working with ASP.NET 2.0 and I have 2 web pages (default.aspx and insert.aspx) in the same site. I would like to allow access for everyone in the default.aspx, while I would need to restrict access in the second one. I created a login.aspx page which should be called when the insert.aspx page is accessed.
My question is how should I configured web.config file (using authentication and authorization) in order to allow public access to the default.aspx page and restricted access (authenticated users) for the insert.aspx page?
