i realise that the webconfig should encypted and decrypted at the same server it resides.
That means my shared hosting server.
NOTE: I have a machine key in my webconfig.
When I run the code (vb.net, asp.net 2.0, ajax site, msvs 2005) in the zip file from this link

I get this error from my hosting server:
An error occurred loading a configuration file: Access to the
path 'D:\vhosts\readtheticker.com\httpdocs\lnkpep3c.tmp' is denied.
(D:\vhosts\readtheticker.com\httpdocs\web.config)
Do I have to activate something at the hosting site??
My code works fine on localhost...all works. BUT I can pass a generated decypted webconfig file from my local host to my hosting site as I get "bad data" erro ...
