I'm trying to set up a website which takes a data feed where some of the data is encrypted. I've given the vendor my public key. They are using java to encrypt the data then doing Base64 encode and URL encode. I can successfully encrypt and decrypt using my own ASP.Net code using RSACryptoServiceProvider and my public + private key. But I cannot decrypt any of their encrypted data. I get System.Security.Cryptography.CryptographicException: Bad Data or Error occurred while decoding OAEP padding. When I try the Decrypt call.
Any help/insight or examples? I think it might be due to the padding of the encryption...
